GARAGES
mThe opening in the front wall of the garage in a lot with vehicle access from a street must be between 3.0m and 6.0m, and no wider than 50% of the width of the front façade. The width of the opening is unrestricted if vehicle access is from a lane.
mA garage must have a tilting, sectional or roller door.
mThe colour of the garage door or doors must complement the front façade.
DRIVEWAYS
mOnly one driveway is permitted per allotment.
mThe driveway must be no wider than 3.0 m at the front boundary of the lot.
mThe driveway must have a matte finish, and be made from: stone; brick; in-situ concrete with an exposed aggregate finish; in-situ concrete coloured throughout with pigment; or concrete pavers.
mThe tone of the driveway must be between RGB 100, 100, 100 and RGB 200, 200, 200 (mid-grey to light grey).
