LOT COVERAGE

mThe built area must cover no more than 60% of the lot’s area.



FRONTAGE WIDTH

mThe total width of the front of the building must occupy at least 70% of the width of the lot at the lot’s front boundary.

GARAGE SETBACKS

mGarages must be setback a minimum of 5.5m from the front boundary.


mThe front wall of a garage must be set back from the front wall of the house at least 500 mm.


mOn a corner lot, the garage may face a secondary street, if:

(a) It is set back from the lot’s side boundary at least 2.0 m; and
